In Part 1 of Trouble or problems and Meditation, we talked about how trouble can be overcome by meditation and in Part 2 about the first process of meditation. In this part of Trouble and Meditation we will talk about the next process of meditation first.  In the process like we told that meditation can be done all the time at any place, it is a process which is present in you each and every moment.  To calm, to create an energy inside yourself to make your thoughts positive, yes to create positive energy will be helpful to do your work well..

 In this process, whenever you have time in the morning, afternoon, evening or before going to sleep at night, whenever you have time or when you are very upset or you are disturbed, then you can do this process. To do this process  You have to start as what ever you feel yourself relax, in whichever position whether it is lying down, sitting, lying on the sofa or sitting on the sofa, lying on the bed or sitting on the bed as you like.  Close your eyes, put on some good meditative music

 In the blog of trouble and Meditation, trouble can be reduced or eliminated by meditation, it was talked about how to do meditation in this part, how that process can be done, how it can be done, we will discuss it , Like I told you in the previous part that meditation is not a long and comprehensive process in which you have to sit for hours and do some work, it is not that. The real meaning of meditation is awareness, whatever work you do, no matter whether it is small or big  Such a work in which a person takes a lot of time, such a work in which he does not feel at all or such a work which he has to do but that person does not want to do that work, only one thing is needed while doing all this work.  That is the awaking state .

 Now what is this awaking state? Ever seen a child working, any work, his studies or his play, the work in which that child feels like to do, does that work better. But the work in which he does not feel like  Or he has to do, he just does it without paying attention, this is the thing in which he is doing some work by concentrating his attention, this is called the awakened state when he knows that he is doing it, that is said the awaking state .  All that a person has to do is to do whatever work he does with conscious attention. If you wake up, focus on it, that is the meditation, we do not know how many times in our life we ​​use the word meditation everyday. Hey listen  Do this work with a little attention, hey son, with a little attention. This means to say that meditation is always present in our life, it just needs attention.

Corona is such an epidemic that destroyed the homes of many people, orphaned many children. In such a disaster, even loved ones did not get along. The situation got so bad that it became difficult to handle the situation. The means of employment came to a standstill  Millions of people became unemployed till they died of starvation.  Many people became victims of depression. It is very important to maintain our mental balance in such a situation, in such a situation there is a need for love and affection with loved ones. Meditation is a very beneficial process to maintain our mental balance even in such a frightening situation.  With this, you can keep yourself positive and energetic even in a terrible situation, but the question arises that how to meditate, does meditation mean sitting in one place for a long time, blindly , what useless things; a person himself is upset and have to follow a long process of meditation in which one has to sit for a long time.  
The truth is, meditation is not a process in which you have to sit somewhere for a long  time . Meditation is something that you can do every moment, all the time, all you need is to focus , at the night before you sleep, Give yourself  10minute, and then see how energetic you feel, your condition will miraculously improve itself.
