trouble and meditation 1(way of meditation)


Corona is such an epidemic that destroyed the homes of many people, orphaned many children. In such a disaster, even loved ones did not get along. The situation got so bad that it became difficult to handle the situation. The means of employment came to a standstill  Millions of people became unemployed till they died of starvation.  Many people became victims of depression. It is very important to maintain our mental balance in such a situation, in such a situation there is a need for love and affection with loved ones. Meditation is a very beneficial process to maintain our mental balance even in such a frightening situation.  With this, you can keep yourself positive and energetic even in a terrible situation, but the question arises that how to meditate, does meditation mean sitting in one place for a long time, blindly , what useless things; a person himself is upset and have to follow a long process of meditation in which one has to sit for a long time.  
The truth is, meditation is not a process in which you have to sit somewhere for a long  time . Meditation is something that you can do every moment, all the time, all you need is to focus , at the night before you sleep, Give yourself  10minute, and then see how energetic you feel, your condition will miraculously improve itself. Now the question arises that how to do the process of meditation. There is many small procedures of meditation.... Which you will be read one by one in my next blog.
